And last but not least, we’re working on our exciting startup, which specializes in real estate lending solutions in Mexico. Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

As the Chief of Organization and Fun, you’ll be the mastermind behind keeping everything running smoothly for our CEO. You’ll dive into their bustling world, helping them organize their business (70%) and personal life (30%). Picture yourself as the ultimate ninja, turning chaos into order and bringing joy and efficiency to his day.

Your Superpowers (aka Responsibilities):

• Taming the email beast: You’ll sort through and answer emails like a champ, ensuring the important stuff gets the attention it deserves.

• Calendar conqueror: Managing our CEO’s schedule will be your domain. Personal and work commitments? You’ve got it covered, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Meeting magician: Whether live or from recordings, you’ll capture and write meeting notes like a pro, making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

• Money maestro: Basic bookkeeping tasks, tracking expenses, and sending invoices will be a breeze for you.

• Bill ninja: You’ll make sure regular bills for work and personal needs are paid on time. Goodbye, late payment stress!

• Appointment virtuoso: Booking appointments, from medical check-ups to travel plans to dinner reservations, will be second nature to you.

• Sherlock Holmes of research: You’ll unearth valuable information, helping our CEO stay one step ahead in the game.

• Creative organizing genius: Presentations, training materials, and data organization will be your playground. You’ll make everything look polished and professional.

• Captain Administration: As the superhero of administrative support, you’ll handle various tasks and ensure our CEO’s ship sails smoothly.

• Mistake ninja: With your attention to detail, you’ll catch potential slip-ups before they happen, saving the day!

Your Toolkit (Skills and Qualifications):

• Native or advanced proficiency in English and Spanish because our CEO loves to communicate in both languages.

• A hawk’s eye for detail and a genuine love for learning new things.

• Experience in creating and writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) is a plus.

• Basic graphic design skills because you’ll sprinkle some creative magic from time to time.

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office 365 and Asana.

• You’re known for your punctuality and reliability—never missing a beat.

• Comfortable with handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.

• Personal and professional goals drive you, and you’re eager to achieve greatness together.
